Belle Mare Plage – Mauritius -

These are the very first pictures we took in Mauritius and so I look a little bit burned, hehe! We forgot to bring some SPF creams but we didn’t care at first and we went to the beach for a little bit… But still, the sun there is so strong and it really hurts! After the shooting, we went straight to the shop in the hotel to get a cream :) About the beach, what can I say? They are stunning because of the smell, the colors, the thin white sand, the palm trees every where… Definitely, they have a charm and you find a lot of peace there. For sure, paradise looks like this! Indeed, I’m going to do a little trip diary to show more details of the beach, the appearance of Mauritius, the many meals we tried… Because we only use the DSLR when we were taking pictures for the blog, all the rest were taken with an Olympus Pen camera.

Do you remember this dress? I showed you guys back in the August favorites on the blog and at that time, while many of you where focused on the autumn items, my mind was still summer since the honeymoon was in October. I do love this dress, so simple yet so chic! Just during our stay in Mauritius I wore it like 3-4 times in many different ways. This day, I wore it to watch the sunset and then, for having dinner, I added a pair of nude heels and white blazer. Another day, I wore with the maxi sweater I showed you on this post and it looked so nice! And the last time, I combine the dress with a knotted white shirt on top ;) On the other hand, this is the bag I told you about! All the tourists had one because there were a lot of sellers on the beach (very friendly by the way!) but we realized when we visited the Port Louis market that they use it for going shopping. We had nothing where I could put everything I needed because we always brought with us three cameras: a Fujifilm Instax Mini to immortalized beautiful places/situations , an Olympus Pen to take pictures together (Salva gets nervous if we give the Canon camera to someone to take a pic of us!) and a GoPro to make fun videos under the water :) So I guess, we’re obsessed with cameras, hehe!

Estas son las primeras fotos que hicimos en Mauricio, y de ahí mi ligero tono rojizo, jeje! Se nos olvidó llevar protección sola, y el primer día ni cortos ni perezosos, nos pusimos a tomar el sol tal cual durante un ratito pequeño… Pero aún así, el sol allí es MUY fuerte y justo después de hacer estas maravillosas fotos al atardecer, fuimos a la tienda del hotel comprar :) Qué puedo deciros de la playa? Son una auténtica maravilla por el olor, los colores, la fina arena blanca, las palmeras… Tienen mucho encanto y sobre todo, encuentras mucha mucha paz… Sin duda, es un pedacito de paraíso en la Tierra. Además, esta vez voy a preparar un pequeño diario de viaje para enseñaros las playas, pequeños rincones de allí, algunas de las delicias que probamos,… porque la cámara buena sólo la sacamos para hacer fotos para el blog, y el resto del día usábamos la Olympus Pen.

¿Recordáis este maravilloso vestido? Os lo enseñé en mis favoritos del mes de Agosto y por aquella época, mientras la mayoría iba pensando en ropita de otoño, yo tenía mi cabeza aún en “mentalidad verano”, me hice con él! Me encanta el vestido, es super sencillo, pero no sabéis el juego que da! Sólo allí en Mauricio, me lo puse como 3-4 veces… Este día para ver el atardecer, y para ir a cenar añadí mis tacones nude y blazer blanca; otro día, me puse por encima mi maxi-jersey que me vistéis en este post y quedaba chulísimo!; Y la última vez, lo combiné con camisa blanca anudada ;) Por otro lado, este es el bolso que os dije que me compré allí! Es muy típico en Mauricio y los turistas lo usamos para la playa y casi todos teníamos uno porque los vendían en la playa, mientras que el día que visitamos el mercado de Port Louis, vimos que ellos lo usan para ir a hacer la compra! Nosotros no teníamos nada para llevar las mil y un cosas que yo necesito siempre llevar a la playa porque siempre íbamos tirando de 3 cámaras: la Fujifilm Instax Mini, una Olympus Pen y la GoPro… Supongo que sí, que tenemos un problema con las cámaras, jeje!
