Easter Desserts

Easter is only a few days away. Do you know what you are serving yet? Well, if you are lacking in the dessert department, I have a great collection here of Easter Desserts.

Most of these Easter Desserts I’m sharing today are super easy. The chocolate chunk cookies, while easy, are a little time consuming, because the dough has to rest in the refrigerator for an hour, but other than that, you can totally handle any of these Easter Desserts.

I love to hear holiday menus. Everyone seems to cook so differently. Just today, on Facebook, I was reading a thread on “what are you making for Easter” and was so surprised at how different we all are. The answers ranged from prime rib (which I am making), turkey and ham all the way to crawfish.

This is the first year in a very long time that I am not serving a crowned roast of pork. Crowned roast of pork has such a wow factor, in presentation. I hope my prime rib can live up to the hype.

Anyway, let’s get back to the Easter Desserts. There’s a bit of everything here, so everyone will be happy. I am making the Easy Easter Peeps Cake, Browned Butter M&M Blondies and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars.

Please, please, please, comment and tell me what you are cooking for Easter this year (or what you are being served).
