May Empties

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner (would repurchase) – I tried this duo a couple of years ago and really liked it, so I decided to purchase these jumbo sized bottles from Chemist Warehouse when they were on sale. I still really like the duo, but one thing I will note is that the strong fragrance can be quite overwhelming after a while.

Jeanne En Provence Lavande Soap – I was sent this to try out, and it was a nice enough soap but nothing I’d repurchase.

Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Toner (repurchased) – I alternate between this and the Paula’s Choice Hydralight Toner, depending on what I have sitting in my cupboard at the time. I really like both, but I think my skin prefers this out of the two.

Lancome Hypnose Mascara (repurchased) – This is my holy grail mascara, an all time favourite. I rarely stray from this, and I had two tubes kicking around in my makeup stash for quite a while. Surprisingly neither of these had dried out or gone bad, but they’d been open for so long that it was definitely time for me to toss them out.

(samples) Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Mask (repurchased) – Now that my skin is pretty decent most of the time (the last time I had a breakout it was due to a silicone-heavy primer), I tend to lean towards hydrating facial masks over ‘treatment’ style ones. I ordered a few of these sample sachets a little while ago because I feel like I never go through a full sized face mask, and it made sense to get smaller versions that I can completely use up every now and then.
