September Favourites

It’s been a long time since I featured a monthly favourites post on The Belle Lumiere, but there have been so many products I’ve been loving lately that I thought it was the perfect time to bring ‘favourites’ back (cue a Justin Timberlake song in everyone’s head… YOU’RE WELCOME). And now, without further ado, here are my favourite beauty products from the month of September -

Clear Intense Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner – I first heard of ‘Clear’ products back when Miranda Kerr was announced as the face (hair?) of the brand, but hadn’t gotten around to trying anything from their range until quite recently. This has become one of my all-time favourite shampoo and conditioner duos, they work perfectly on my fine (dry) hair.

Chanel ‘Chance’ Perfume – I received this as a gift in late September, started wearing it immediately and have worn it everyday since. This is such a lovely scent, fresh and light and perfectly summery – I’ve had a few compliments already while I’ve been wearing it. I’m so glad I own this perfume again, because it’s one of my all-time favourites.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in ‘Tipsy’ – You’re all probably sick of hearing me rave about this blush by now, but it really is quite wonderful. I wrote up a full review of the blush last week, which you can check out here if you’re interested. Basically this is the blush you want if you’re in need of something to ‘brighten’ your face. Even my doctor made a comment about my face looking much fresher when I went to see her recently. I owe it all to this blush.

Burts Bees Radiance Eye Cream – I recently ran out of the Avene eye cream that I was using (after picking it up on a whim at Priceline), and this lovely replacement arrived on my doorstep right before I was set to go and purchase something new. Great timing. I only have a couple of requirements when it comes to eye cream – light to medium weight, moisturising without being too heavy, and easy to use packaging. This ticks all of those boxes and more.
