So my husband started calling anyone he knew and asked about daycare. The city recommended one. The one we already checked a few months ago. But they were also fully booked, but eventually agreed to add Rianna to their list. We were happy but then realized the distance how far it is from our home and the cost. Something we just cannot do. So we tried another one again… And the city daycare accepted us, thankfully! The costs is half and the distance from the house is short. It’s along the way and easier for me to pick her up from school.
And that was it. We checked the daycare earlier today and found it the best place for our child. Rianna loves the place. She sat down and played right after we got there. And when we’re about to leave she cried and doesn’t want to leave. We found the best daycare for her. We only bring Rianna there when her dad has work. About 10 times a month. Hubby works every other week, so when he’s not working he’s home and watch Rianna.
As to regards about my course, it’s a Finnish Language Course (Suomen Kieli). All foreigners are required to take this course to learn the language. I have been waiting for this chance and now it’s finally here. The school is located at Porvoo, neighboring city. Quite far but it’s fine. I will go there by bus everyday as I don’t drive. This is going to be hard at first but I know I will get used to it somehow. I am so positive about this and praying that everything will be fine.
I am a little bit nervous. You know going back to school after ten years. I finished my degree in 2004, and imagine I’m back to school ten years later in different country and different time and purpose. Imagine that? Well, this is just the beginning as I am hoping to take another course after this and hopefully find a nice job someday. Finally working for our future.
“Everything Is Possible”…. If you’ll just find a way!
I think I’m ready for school. I think our family is ready for a little change. A change for the better.
