Plated Jac with Deco Pattern

I am interested in drawing a deco design for plated jacquard, please advise if this can be accomplished for 1 pattern repeat on the full needle bed. Also can anyone advise what brand/type of markers/pens are used on the mylars and tracing paper for our scanners?
