Ragland increases in the round

Is it possible to do Raglan increases in the round on a knitting machine. I have been playing around with the idea of trying a top down raglan on the machine, but I wasn’t sure what the technique was called or if there was a technique.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.
