I had my very first experience with Fagor products years ago while I was living in Spain…Many of the homes I visited or lived in while I was in the country had Fagor cook tops, so I am very familiar with the brand…The European brand carries a wide variety of products like Pressure Cookers, Induction Cooktops (Portable & Built In), Small Appliances, Induction ready cookware, Refrigerators, Convection Ovens, Range Hoods, Dishwashers, Gas and Radiant cooktops, as well as Washing Machines and Dryers. As part of the Everything Home Event, I bring you the Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven.

We do a lot of cooking and most of it is from scratch. We always try to cook as healthy as possible, so the oven is one appliance that is used quite often. The Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven features a .07 cubic foot (20 liters) of capacity that provides me with full size oven performance.

Quartz and Halogen lights that allows you to quickly prepare different foods

The Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven is equipped with Quartz and Halogen lights that allow you to cook your food quickly and evenly in the digital toaster oven. I have to say that there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to how the oven works and setting up the correct temperature for the different items you want to cook. The digital toaster oven has 10 cooking options which have preset temperatures and can be easily adjusted with the exception of the toast function. Each program has a preset timer from 1 minute to 120 minutes in 1 minute increments which allows for customization.

In the Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven you will find a very useful chart with the proper times for each of the different cooking options…the oven is very handy and as I mentioned, it has 10 different cooking functions: bake, toast, broil, rotisserie, pizza (12”), cake (16-24 oz), chicken (3-5 lbs), cookies (16 oz), fish (2-3 lbs) and potato (2-3 lbs med.size).

I highly recommend taking a look at the instructions before you use the Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster. The manual also shows a chart for different meats with type/cut, weight/thickness and broiling time… Again very handy.
The Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven even comes with different accessories to make your cooking easier. The Digital Toaster oven includes a baking pan, a cookie sheet, a wire rack, a crumb tray, a rotisserie set (very easy to install) and a user’s manual with recipes.

The Blue LCD display allows you to easily move from function to function without any hassle as everything is clearly displayed on the LCD Screen.

The Fagor’s Dual Technology Digital Toaster Oven is PFOA Free non-stick coating and ETL Approved in USA and Canada.
