When I saw this jacket, and I took out my phone to take a photo, the twinning began. It was so apparent that it was meant to be. I mean, they just matched so perfectly together. It also became clear about my love for grid-like patterns (the inspiration for this jacket was M.C. Escher, which is also so me - math and art - the two loves of my life which led me to study architecture). I also used to buy notebooks only with grid paper because a) it reminded me of math homework and b) because I liked colouring in the squares to make pixel drawings. Yeah, I was (and still am) kinda a nerd, and proud of it! Back to my outfit, just one last point to make: the best thing about statement jackets is that you can just wear them with jeans, a tee, and birks, and you still look put-together. Don't you agree?
