Three things I discovered this past week while I was sick.

1. You really don’t need to shampoo your hair everyday. I know, I know, the hairdresser has been telling me for years, but I refused to believe it.

2. A new fashion inspiration app from Japan called Wear.jp where you can discover looks and then directly shop them. There’s looks by international trendsetters and leading brands alike so the inspiration is endless. I started my own profile here, if you want to check it out. Plus, if you sign up and start posting, you have a chance to be featured in Nylon Magazine. Fingers crossed!

3. New Girl season three wasn’t off to a great start, but now mid-season is getting better. We didn’t love the season premiere of The Big Bang Theory (p.s. Amy is easily my favourite character). And a new show – The Blacklist – is pretty darn amazing.
