241 Tote

I finally finished my 241 Tote Bag, pattern by Anna of Noodlehead. It wasn’t hard to make but boy did I procrastinate on this one! I bought the home decor weight fabric at a steal, under $5 a yard, well over a year ago. It’s one of Denyse Schmidt’s now out of print lines called County Fair. I bought it with the intent to make a bag at some point. Fast forward to this summer, the fabric was still sitting there and fall was approaching so I decided to make a 241 Tote. I printed the pattern and cut the pattern pieces. Then I did something else. Then last month I cut all the fabric pieces and applied the interfacing. Then I did something else. Tonight I decided this was crazy and I was finishing it. I was able to whip it up in just about an hour. I should have done that, oh, last fall perhaps!
