Creamy Crock Pot Pork Chops with Noodles

You may know that we are affiliates for eMeals and have been trying out some of their recipes. So far the things I have made have been very good and I've been quite happy with it. Most of the stuff has been low carb, because that's the subscription I have, but sometimes I just need some carbs in my life, so I make something with carbs and I'm happy. It's the little things in life that get us by, isn't it?

We know that school is about to start in some areas and will be in about a month in others. We also know that the school year is a really busy time for most families.
