Win a FitBit Charge from @Telus #EveryStepCounts #Giveaway (Canada Only)

The truth is I struggle to get enough exercise in my daily life. And I’ve GOT to get better… I MUST get more steps in each day.

Recently I was invited to join the @Telus #EveryStepCounts fitness challenge…

Excited to join @Telus #EveryStepCounts @Fitbit challenge with fellow Canadian bloggers. So I've only walked kids to school. I better get moving! #Fitbit #Challenge

I started with great intentions… but I did NOT do well. It was an extra bad couple of weeks for me with deadlines, a cold leading to a migraine and sinus infection. Yes, I had more excuses than steps.

A few days I actually met my daily 10,000 step goal… sometimes by walking around my house trying to get in enough steps before midnight.

But the good news is that wearing this FitBit Charge is a constant reminder of how sedentary my work-at-home life really is.

There are so many different styles of FitBit, if you’re Canadian, check out the Telus website to see which is your favorite.

Watching so many women in the challenge get 20,000 steps in a day does motivate me to try to step up my game. So while the 2 week challenge is over, I’m going to try to at least hit a 10,000 step goal daily.
