One week down – 3 pounds lighter!

Nothing is better than seeing results on the scale! I have to admit since this was the first week I had hoped to see a bigger weight loss, but, oh well, you get what you get.

I have proven to myself that weight loss is a cumulative thing. I am not going to look at one week’s results, I am going to reach for the distance. If I lose 1/2 pound a week I will be down 25 pounds at the end of the year. That doesn’t seem like a lot, and I certainly hope that I lose more that 1/2 pound per week. The thing is, if I don’t start eating healthier I could be up another 25 pounds or more by the end of the year.

I was busy last night so I didn’t get my post in on Wednesday as I promised. I am going to try for Wednesday’s, but when life offers opportunities I will be taking them. I will try to get my weight loss updates in weekly though.
