Steam minced pork with salted egg and mushrooms

I really excited about my new 6-in-1 multicooker sponsored by Kitchenware Direct and can't stop using it. This week I shall be introducing the steam function. I had a sudden crazing for steam mince pork as well as salted egg. So why not mix them both together? And I am going to introduce you to my favourite preserved chilli radish. I am so addicted to this radish and goes especially well with congee.
