Week 5, Day 2--Tues, July 1

Guess what day it is? LEGDAAAAAY!

And I killed it. Such a great, great workout day. I was feeling good and really pushed myself today. Tried some new things like bench jumps (can't breath! why does Chris make these looks so easy?!), diamond push ups (it'll be exciting once I don't have to do "woman" push ups), and one-leg leg curls (feel the burn!).

After the first circuit, I was literally sweating everywhere. Everywhere. Like a nasty. So you can imagine the end product Alissa wobbling out of the gym. Hopefully I can pull myself outta bed tomorrow morning.
