Mid-July, upper 60s weather and a sweater? Oklahoma, you're confused but I love it.
Pleased to report that I'm back at it in the gym this week--and I kicked ass! We are on repeat of our workout program. So that means we tackled week 1 again but this time we're heavy lifting. Treated my stems to a brutal leg day yesterday, it included a bunch of new PRs and left me wobbling around today.
My undercut, or "sexy side mullet" as I like to call it, is growing too fast & is badly needs a trim. I wish the rest of my hair would grow that quickly.
