Stamford Thanksgiving Day Parade
Today we drove the 35-40 minutes down to Stamford to go to their T-Giving Parade. Stamford is a really neat city that is definitely on the upswing of the economic curve, with an insane amount of hip growth. We caravan'd down and spent the day with Christie and her two daughters Samantha (6) and Katherine (8) and the Sorianos (Jon, Brenda, Sophia (9), and Joseph (6)). The parade was really a bigger deal than I expected and it is apparently one of the biggest balloon parades in the country. We had a blast.
After the parade we celebrated Brenda's B-day at a family style restaurant Eclise - De-lish. The drive down and back was filled with great discussions of books, business, and philosophy. It was a beautiful day.
