{things i did} drinking chocolate tasting

Drinking chocolate should be an everywhere, all the time thing. Seriously. I have tried a lot of different types of chocolate yet I never knew the flavor profiles could vary so widely depending on the cocoa bean's countries of origin. These little shots (shared with my boyfriend during a lunch at a café in Hershey, PA) were warm and delicious. They were fruity, bitter, sweet–and of course chocolaty. The best? I would pick Sao Thome​'​s dark not-too-intense blend.
