ELF Instant Lift Brow Pencils - Review & Swatches & Demo

Today I have a loaded review on the new ELF Essential Instant Lift Brow Pencils ($2), I wanted to cover all the bases because I really like these brow pencils a lot! They are retractable and have a spooly brush on the other end, both ends have very secure caps and I have not experienced any lost caps or cracking during travel or regular use. There are three shades, Taupe, Neutral Brown, and Deep Brown. The formula is similar to higher end brow pencils that have a pinch of waxy texture to really stick to the skin and hairs, which means, yes, they wear just as beautiful at hour 8 as when first applied. The pencils are also blendable before they set, so you can easily sheer out the color for a lighter look or a faded style, and you won't experience patchiness or disappearing.

The only con I can see is the width of the pencils, and lack of included sharpener, but for my thick brows it's not a deal breaker.

Here's a short video I filmed on how I use the brow pencils, my personal favorite shade is Deep Brown.

Here's some brow modeling photos I took to show how each shade wears against my black hairs.

And for funsies, here's all three shades from darkest at the tail end to lightest and the front of the brow. I actually really like this combo.
