I love how this kit comes complete with a LED light that helps the whitening action. With in a few uses I started to see results and I experienced minimal teeth sensitivity. Using this kit is really easy, just use the pen (looks/works like a twist top lip-gloss pen) to apply the whitening product onto your teeth and mouth piece. Then place the LED light over the mouth piece and leave it for about 20-30 minutes. The LED light does not give off heat of any kind and stays put without having to hold it in place with your hand.
