Retrospect: Fort Lauderdale, FL Trip (Beeh Adventures)

Visiting my grandmother was great and catching up with family. I have not flown anywhere in a long time, so to my surprise when I arrived to JFK's Terminal 5 going to Florida, the terminal was so beautiful and had so much food and duty free shops! I had cupcakes from Baked by Melissa and a dramamine tablet before boarding the plane.

We flew jetblue, so it was amazing and the sights on the plane. I was initially anxious and sick but then felt better through the rest of the ride and landing. I definitely felt much better on the plane ride back to NY. On the flight, we had complimentary snack and drinks. Naturally I got Ginger Ale and Terra's Blue Potato Chips, which gave me life.

Listened to Sirius XM radio a bit and then watched some of my Apple shows I have like Rachel Zoe Project. I never knew Sirius XM radio on the plane is so chill about their music, I listened to folk, pop, rock, reggae, and R&B. On the way back passing over New Jersey, I was listening to 1999 Ginuwine hit, "So Anxious" and felt so nostalgic.

Skip ahead to the next few days, we go and check out the sights! Never made it to Miami Beach, sad but thats the next trip.

Went to Coconut Creek for the Seminole Casino, won nothing but had fun. Rode around in a 2013 mini cooper and 2014 Jeep Cherokee this whole trip, it was amazing. The rev power is unrivaled.

Bye Bye Florida!

Up in the air, flying over New Jersey/ Virginia Area.

Then flying over NY.

Got to see Sawgrass Mills, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and just chilled out this trip.

I have got to say that I was so amazed by the amount of palm trees in South Florida.

My purchases of course, I bought quite a bit of goodies overall.

Of course brought back souvenirs like Florida tees.

Next time I want to make it a point to visit Key West and Miami's South Beach. This trip felt more like an intro into traveling really far again and I gotta say I cant wait. The only thing I don't like is overweight luggage and the enormous fees, you pay.

Really had an amazing time, cant wait to go back soon.~
