Child Style: Spring '13 Trends for Girls

Spring is coming... I can just feel it. Anyone else super excited we are leaving January behind?! I've had my eye on a few things for the girls this spring but I like to wait until the sales start! One thing I'm absolutely sold on this year is saddle shoes! I can't decide on whether to get Hadley a pair this spring and Scarlett some this fall when she's walking or just wait and buy both girls matching shoes this fall?
