Long Weekend

Being Australian, I'm not used to celebrating the 4th of July, but that's not going to stop me going all out this year and experiencing everything it has to offer!

I'm planning to decorate the house in red, white, and blue, watch the morning parade in town, then head up the canyon for a picnic lunch by the river with friends, then over to family's house for a BBQ, then back downtown to watch the fireworks and wave sparklers around!

How do you celebrate the 4th of July, and what are you most looking forward to this summer?
