Body pump is the best kind of work out

I have mentioned many times on my blog that I've been trying to live a healthy, happy life. In order to achieve this, I have decided to hit the gym more often and watch what I eat.

Since I love to run, hitting the treadmill has been my favorite work out. However, after a few months of doing it, I just got bored. Mind you, treadmill is not like running in the park, or even on the street. It's rather monotonous, and the only thing that changes is the tv show in front of you on a flat screen tv.

I needed something more to keep me motivated.

And God, did I find it!!!!

The Body Pump is the best work out ever! It is challenging, exciting, gives you lots of positive energy and brings amazing results!

Here's a little video to show you what the class is really about... Good music, weights and REPETITIONS!!!
