"A repeat outfit is really just a well-earned encore" Wise words from the house of J.Crew.
I am a big outfit repeater. I think this partly lack of imagination - when I feel comfortable in something I don't have the energy to deviate from it. I normally update the accessories and hope that nobody notices. One such outfit is pictured below.
Now I want to say that I love this H&M tank that you can see sitting beneath my blazer and I got two of these beauties this week. They are made of a thick viscose that stops them from being transparent and ensures that they appear dressier than your average tank BUT and there is a big BUT, they are booby. This works well for evening but causes a feeling of vulnerability during the day time. A big old bra or a lace crop top that is designed to be seen is therefore a wise/obligatory choice.
Those GAP chinos by the way are beyond comfortable. Mega-slouchy and cotton-based. They are ideal for weekend wear and I do regret not picking them up in the light blue....(
Makes mental note to pop in store and see if they are still kicking around) Tank: H&M - can't find this online but it was in Dubai Mall this week!
Blazer: old ASOS but similar here -

Link! Before I go I have to do a little rave for OPI's Red My Fortune Cookie. This is one of those magical reds. It's a bright, happy colour that has just the right amount of orange in the mix to keep things fresh. I think this is currently running neck and neck with OPI's Vodka & Caviar as my all time favourite from that tone family. I am open to suggestions in this regard though and the one brand that is on my list is the obscenely priced Christian Louboutin. I feel like such a sucker for even entertaining the thought of paying that much for a polish but for novelty-value, it might have to be done :)
