No Gym No Worries

Here’s some exercises I did at my brother’s place last night since I don’t have have any gym here in Norway. Great exercises to do when you don’t have a gym.

15 reps 3 sets Russian Twist (with or without weight)

60 sek x 3 sets plank

12 reps x 3 sets Jack knife (laying on your back)

12 reps x 3 sets Back kicks (standing with hands and knees on floor)

12 reps x 3 sets Side kicks (standing with hands and knees on floor)

50 reps sit ups

12 reps 3 sets Laying leg raise
