Favorite Wears: Mixing textures & neutrals + a GIVEAWAY!
I help run and organize a local Kansas City blogger network and group called Kansas City Blogger Meet Up (naturally). Last week, we got together for our quarterly events at a local salon, Roots & Branches. It was so fun to hang out with a bunch of old friends and make new friends, too. A girls night out with custom drinks, snacks, art, jewelry and loads of giveaways (thanks Ampersand Design Studio, Nickel & Suede & the salon!) was just what I needed. Thank you for all who came out!
Anyways, this is what I wore to the event (and all day for that matter). Because it was cold and I like layers, and as you know, I'm on a neutral kick, I layered loads of simple pieces and leather textures to create this look. Then I topped it off with simple jewelry.
