Should You Pursue the Assess Phase of the Citrix Virtualization Learning Path in Order to Earn Your Certification?

Citrix has two learning paths that you can choose from: virtualization learning path and the network learning path. Whether you are in the beginning or middle phase of your career, each of these learning paths has a phase that should help you gain the proper training to further your career and role within the Citrix environment.

The assess phase of the virtualization learning path is targeted towards those individuals who wish to work as a Solutions Architect. Successfully completing the assess phase will lead towards the Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) for Virtualization certification.

Through this phase of the virtualization learning path, you’ll be required to have the skills needed to design a virtual infrastructure. This infrastructure will be for the delivery of desktops and applications throughout an enterprise. Additionally, you’ll need to be able to describe design considerations for both desktops and application deliveries. Finally, you’ll need to responsible for evaluating design considerations. Such considerations will include the integration of Citrix products with third party solutions.

The assess phase of the virtualization learning path requires you to take the CVA-500 Architecting a Citrix Virtualization Solution training course. Additionally, you may wish to utilize the exam preparation services of ExamTrace. Both the training course and the exam preparation services ensure that you have all of the skills necessary in order to pass the certification exam and earn the CCIA for Virtualization.
