recipe: Raspberry & Chocolate Cupcakes


A delicious combination of fresh, white chocolate and raspberries! And very much suitablefor lovers of sweet!Cupcakes with white chocolate and raspberriesIngredients for 12 cupcakes125 g butter at room temperature125 grams of granulated sugar125 grams self raising flour2 tablespoons milk2 (large) eggs at room temperature1 bar white chocolate (100-125 g)1 cup raspberries (may also be frozen)topping200 g of icing sugar250 grams butter, softened2 tablespoons hot water1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 bag of raspberry pudding mixwhite chocolate chips (a little grated white chocolate)methodMake the basic recipe cupcakes.
