Slip Line Drills


I tried this drill out for the first time a week ago, and it was a lot of fun. I've done a traditional slipline before with the school club that I was in. This added another degree of freedom and creativity to the workout. I only have one pair of wraps, so I had to save this for the very end. I took off my sweaty wraps and hung them from the frame of the the punching bag to form the giant x at shoulder height. Highly recommended!
