Aromatherapy Associaties Mini Christmas Treats

I love little treats at Christmas for myself and other people, so I really like these little Mini Christmas Treats from Aromatherapy Associates. I adore the brand for their body oils – the Super Sensitive Oil is amazing on H’s skin for a massage although it is pricey.

The Star is a tree decoration or stocking filler or secret santa gift, and comes with 7.5ml of their Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil. It contains cardamom, frankincense and clary sage (I have the Inner Strength Candle which is amazing too).

If you like the Inner Strength scent there is also the Roll On which is applied to the pulse points and lasts longer – pop it in your handbag to apply whenever you want to have a sniff!

I have this in my handbag – I find it’s quite nice when I feel a bit queasy and want a bit of grounding (sounds airy fairy but certain scents relax me and remind me of calmer times!).
