Royal Design Studios DIY Holiday Stencils!

Hey everyone!

Have you pulled out your Christmas decor yet?

I think I’m going to drag all of ours out today.

I’ve been working on a couple holiday projects to gear up for the big decorating weekend.

Here’s an EASY way to transform a boring pillow into something fun for the holidays, with

Royal Design Studios and Jennifer Rizzo’s new Christmas Stencil Collection.

Is anyone else noticing all of the white and black tree pillows out this year?

I’ve been wanting to make one, so this boring pillow was my first candidate for stencil trial.

I used this Pine Forest Trees Christmas Stencil, and some black tempera paint with textile medium.

I used the stencil to paint the trees, and also painted the piping black.

*note….tape off piping to paint.

I left my trees rough/slightly unpainted for a more rustic look.

I would love to use this stencil on wrapping paper, envelopes, a table runner and maybe even some simple word wall art.

Here are some of my other fave Royal Design Studio and Jenn Rizzo’s Holiday Stencils.

Antler Christmas Stencil / Getting Ziggy with It Holiday Stencil / Starry Night Christmas Stencil / Noel Lettering Christmas Stencil

They are also offering some awesome Holiday Wallternatives™ this year!

I love how versatile these stencils are.

They are very reasonably priced, and with just one, there are endless projects you could use it for!

Thanks to Royal Design Studios for the use of their stencil!
