Melbourne Spring Fashion Week 2014

Cristina Re was invited to construct elaborate bespoke Paper Couture head pieces for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. Set in the exquisite Melbourne Town Hall, Designer Runway 3 was enchanted by the rhythm of culture including influences from Japan, Russian, Africa, India and Scandinavia. Each of our highly detailed pieces opened the designers collections, including Akira, Megan Park, Thurley, Nicola Finetti and Jayson Brunsdon.

A runway full of culturally inspired fashion

The show stopper was our traditional Russian headdress adorned with gorgeous pearls, lace detailing, braiding and glittering accessories.
