We had our first snowfall of the year last night and I just think it's so magical to wake up to a city covered in white! Dylan's school was closed for the day and while I would've loved to stay inside all day long, our little Kennedy had the worst stuffy nose and was in serious need of saline drops to clear her up. Adrian had already left for work (crazy guy actually likes the challenge of driving in snow) so I layered up the kiddos in no less than 4 layers and schlepped them out to CVS which thankfully was open despite all the conditions. Give us 1" of snow here in Texas and we're pretty much at a loss as far as what to do. The weather doesn't seem to be lightening up anytime soon though and we already have another snow day planned for tomorrow!
