The Overwhelm of Being Your Own Boss

Being your own boss is not easy. It’s a very sharp learning curve because most of the time you have to learn how to run a business WHILE running a business. It’s hard, but it’s also rewarding.

Every week I experience a wave of overwhelm and anxiety that makes me feel like I might just throw in the towel but then I think about having a boss again and going to a job and, hell to the fuck NO.

No amount of exhaustion and overwhelm launching and running my own business will ever get me to sell myself out. Nope. No way.

When you reach this point of anxiety, give yourself a break, take a day off, don’t even look at your business for 24hrs, take yourself and your journal on a coffee date, take a walk in nature and have a chat with Mother Nature, then try again.

I promise you, it’s all worth it. You got this.
