Wait, so there are a lot of benefits, but does it taste good?

Yes! I have been loving the Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch Balance Bar. They have that great chocolate mint taste with a smooth chocolate on the outside and a great crunch in the middle. It is full of flavor, and the texture is wonderful!

I also love that our kids love it, too! With the exception of our daughter who doesn’t eat chocolate. Weird, right? Ha! Our youngest son is a particularly picky eater, so I often worry he’s not getting enough vitamins and minerals throughout the day so it’s nice to have something he enjoys that boosts his vitamins and minerals as well!

Additionally, I love that these bars help me feel satisfied and give me a boost of energy as well. Because they are low on the glycemic index, I also don’t experience a crash right after eating them, which is a huge advantage. There is nothing worse than having a burst of energy then completely crashing afterwards.
