Just Eat: Sweet Peach of Mine



Ever since I got into fitness, I've been trying to discipline myself to adhere to a much healthier lifestyle. This involves eating healthy, whole foods as much as possible. I used to be a junk food monster -- I had a nasty habit of devouring a bag of chips a few hours before bedtime every other night and eating chocolates upon waking up (I always had a stash of chocolates beside my bed). I also used to eat a lot of processed "fast food" for lunch when I'm at work as it was the most convenient choice. Nowadays, I've been preparing my own "healthy" meals. My 'baon' for work usually consists of some lean protein and greens. For snacks, I would munch on nuts, fruits or sweet potatoes. Above is a snack which is healthy, delicious and simple to make -- it has fresh peaches (you can use any fruit of your choice), nuts (I used walnuts) and Greek yogurt (I used Fage). If ever you experience hunger pangs in-between meals, try snacking on this instead. :)
