10 CAMPAIGN FURNITURE FINDS
When it comes to choosing classic furniture styles for your home, it doesn’t get much more timeless than campaign furniture. Centuries ago, campaign furniture was built for the British military and could be deconstructed and rebuilt for travel. Today it is often characterized by clean lines, brass or gold corner hardware, and can be finished in any color under the sun.
Personally I can’t get enough of it — I already have a white campaign dresser and the hardwood campaign desk featured below but I could totally get on board with campaign nightstands as well. In years past I’ve stalked affordable campaign furniture on Craigslist and repainted it myself. But if you’re not the DIY type, you’ll be happy to know that campaign furniture is definitely having a moment in the spotlight right now, as I’ve spotted it at retailers ranging from Anthropologie to Target. Here are 10 of my favorite campaign furniture finds at the moment:
