A different town for a day

So my friend and her parents had an awesome idea to go to this little city called Monza cause it was supposed to be a cute and small city with beautiful streets and cosy looking shops and cafes. So because of that I had really high expectations of this city but luckily and trust me when I’m saying this, they didn’t dissapoint. Not even close.

Monza is cute, small (but bigger than my village which automatically makes Monza big for me but okay), old, cosy and really adorable. The houses are the prettiest I’ve ever seen, from the outside of course. The little balconies are too cute and the little streets everywhere makes it feel like a movieset from a fairytale.

They even have a little duomo, while this one is not as pretty from the outside it is (in my opinion) a thousand times better from the inside than the duomo of Milan. The ceiling is insanely beautiful and all hand-painted of course, cause that’s how they roll here in Italy. I wish I could paint like that, unfortunately my hand is not so steady and the painting talent didn’t find its way to my hands yet. It’s coming there. Maybe. One day. Or not.

The only downside was the fact that it was actually raining that day we went, Saturday the 21st. Luckily that was the only one out of five days that it was actually raining.

The fact that it was rainy made me think about wearing a blazer and while I was absolutely sure about the fact that I brought it, I obviously didn’t. So I just decided to wear a summerjacket instead of the blazer and to be honest, that worked out perfectly fine. These boots I’ve got are my new loves, so comfortable, really classy and chic but also edgy at the same time, and the best part of them is the fact that I bought them in sale. Amen! And of course we couldn’t leave this city without some perfect sale shopping, they actually had some stuff at Zara for 1,99 which is isane, we don’t have those huge discounts in my country.

Go to my Instagram to see other pictures from my adventures in Milano and other places I went to and going to soon. As well as my Facebook and Bloglovin’ page.

Have a good day everyone, now I’m off to bed since its already past eleven here in my lovely country.
