Tom Ford is rumored to return to Gucci as the new creative director accordingly to Page Six. The designer took his final bow at the Italian fashion house in 2004 and had by then created a billionaire business in the past 10 years. Gucci was a company at its final ruin when Ford took over and unfortunately the company has never reached the same peek with Frida Gianni in charge. The collaboration between Ford and Gucci ended abruptly after a dispute with the Kering group but the rumor has it that he might make a comeback. The speculations might be wishful thinking. Apparently his camp made a statement about it when the rumors began saying: “This is absolutely and completely unfounded. His own brand is growing dramatically and he views that as the next 30 years of his life.”
