Coming soon to FACT TV: Litefeet – Sound of the Subway.

Like footwork and Baltimore club, Litefeet is both a genre of music and a style of dance: 100-BPM tracks that soundtrack an acrobatic, millennial take on b-boying and popping that is popular in Harlem and The Bronx.

In the past year, the NYPD has cracked down on Litefeet dancers, who can often be found working their routines in subway cars and stations. Despite that, the scene continues to flourish; FACT TV will release Litefeet – Sound of the Subway in the coming weeks.

The trailer (above) is soundtracked by the music of Hann, the New York duo of 18-year-old producers Chris Designs and Lil Live. The duo is also behind the latest volume of Mixpak’s excellent mix series — stream it below.
