NYE Festive Fruit Skewers

Get out of work today at 4:30 today but still need to grab a few things for tonight’s celebration? Rather than heading to the prepared food aisle here is an easy but festive dessert alternative. I assembled these cute and colorful fruit skewers in no time by buying fresh pineapple and strawberries in the pre-chopped section. I then created stacks of my three fruits and held them in place with Pom Pom Skewers.

The Skewers:

I recommend heading to your local Party City or Party store for fun skewers {like these}. If you don’t have stores nearby, head to a local grocery for long bamboo sticks and then to any paper store {like Staples or Target} for vellum paper. Get creative and use an array of fruits and colors, the great part is they don’t even have to match to be tasty and photo-worthy! Happy and Healthy NYE!
