Keep your handbag protected (and perhaps win an iPad Mini too)
If you’re anything like me, you’ll carry a camera, phone and iPad with you at all times and, as you probably know, none of it is covered by your usual home or car insurance when you’re out-and-about.

Here’s what I keep in my bag on a regular day. Food and technology. The iPad goes pretty much everywhere with me and I always have my Canon EOS M with me too. That’s a lot of money’s worth of tech to carry around with me.
God forbid you do have to claim but if you do, you pay just £25 excess. Not bad when most of us carry thousands of pounds worth of stuff around with us. This is around half the excess that traditional mobile phone insurers charge so even if you don’t care about all the other stuff in your bag, this is a great way to insure your phone!
Loss and accidental damage are also covered. I’m not saying you shouldn’t try your hardest not to leave your bag on the Tube, but if you do, it’s okay.
