The One With Next Top Nail Artist Pre-Challenge #2!

I really to catch up on these NTNA posts! About 2 weeks ago we finished the 2nd pre challenge in the competition. For this challenge we were asked to create a short tutorial on a simple black and white nail design. I wasn't exactly sure what to do at first when I read simple. Were we talking simple like polka dots and stripes or what.. I didn't know.. I thought about it for a while and came to this conclusion..its Next Top Nail Artist.. I really dont think they wanna see something basic, but something thats creative and different and still teachable (is that a word?...yup I think so..lol) to others. So don't paint like a realistic portrait with a 3D body and blinking lights.

Soooo this is what I came up with! I had recently saved a bunch of pictures from the Moschino Spring 2013 collection on my ipad and it immediately caught my attention for this challenge. At first glance this seems a little complex but once its broken down its only 4 simple shapes: lines, circles, diamonds, and teardrops.
