After a cold winter that has been dragging on here, I see no better way to kickstart Spring with comfort-wear and a new take on an American icon. Previously worn and customised by denim icon James Dean, you will see no hesitation from my side when it comes to jumping into the newest Levi's 501 CT jeans. It is a poorly kept secret, that I am in a long-term relationship with denim, but may I just point out, that a good pair of jeans provide the kind of love that will last a lifetime. As we, they age alongside with us and carry our life story through rips, fading and the alterations we give them. I'm such a fan of how the new CT styles are tapered (as the name so effectively implies) as one of the significant changes from the classic 501's, and the way they have a lower fit making them sit on the hips. If the rate of how I have been wearing these jeans throughout the week since I got them, you will find my knees with a rip tan for when summer comes!
