Groundhogs ruin everything. (Okay, not really.)
I’m so done with all this cold weather. So. Done. I’m dying to go out for a normal run — normal as in, “I know that the trail conditions will be normal and I won’t fall on my ass due to the ice because I don’t want to use screws” kind of a way. The worst thing about all of this is that thinking about wanting to go running also makes me think of carbs…all the extra carbs I could be eating if I was running regularly….carbs…garlic bread…mhmmm…
This garlicky loaf will take you on a trip to guilty pleasure land and it is easy to make. How easy? This easy:
Disclaimer: My employer owns Pillsbury products but I made this out of my own free will because I love garlic and I like making things that don’t require a whole lot of brain power.
For 8 servings:
Preheat oven to 350F. Halve each individual biscuits horizontally — you will have 16 slices. In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Using a pastry brush, brush the buttery mixture on both sides of each biscuit slice. Arrange biscuits in an 8 1/2” loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
