HELLO SPRING!

well folks, spring has definitely sprung around here. the pollen is out, and it’s out in full force. my allergies are suffering from all of this pollen for sure, and just this morning i saw big puffs of pollen falling from the trees, like clouds of yellow dust.

oh, south alabama!

i’m sure pollen isn’t the only thing out around here. you see those snakes? yeah, i’m sure they’re beginning to crawl. and we have to be on. the. watch. for them! now don’t you worry, that snake that dad and joe are holding was one that they killed last year. i guess they were so proud of themselves for killing that snake, that they had to have a picture with their prize?! and you see how they are trying not to get too close to that slithery thing, though, don’t you! if you live in the south, and you take a picture of yourself holding a snake that you killed, you might be one of us. ha! but, seriously, at least they killed it. the problem, though, is that there are more where that one came from. i! hate! snakes!

but you know, they are too funny holding that snake, though!
