The perks of (soon-to-be) Spring have arrived…Blooming flowers! More daylight! Warmer Days! We spent Sunday at Daffodil Hill with our family taking in the sunshine and the thousands of white and yellow daffodils that draped the hills. It’s a beautiful spot for a relaxing day spent outside with a picnic in tow. It was apparent that a lot of people had the same idea in mind because it was packed, luckily we arrived early to beat a little bit of the crowd. The air was crisp but the sunshine felt so good on my bare legs, especially as it warmed up throughout the day.

We’ve been having the most beautiful weather, making a nice excuse to bring out my spring clothes and wear some new lighter pieces. I’ve always loved gingham print and Oscar De La Renta’s collection for Spring just solidifies that, especially this coat, this dress and this coat. So when I spotted this light blue gingham coat on ASOS, it was a no-brainer!
