Chanel Fall 2013
The first thing that came across my mind when I first saw these photos on Purseblog, was Vintage is making a come back in the industry again. These retro inspired bags totally reminded me of our grandma's Chanel possessiona from the the 80s and 90s which were full of the house's signature quilting and the interlocking C.
Sometimes, we feel really blessed to be able to have that opportunity to have all the vintage hand-downs, regardless the fact that we definitely love new bags that is fresh from the boxes, but there is something about vintage bags that makes them very alluring. It's their versatility and stories behind every single one of them.
With the release of these Fall 2013 Collection, I believe that this is definitely the chance for those who did not have the opportunity to own those vintage pieces to finally own one or even two or more. Although there are many reseller out there that sell vintage pieces, I do not know if anyone is in the same boat as us, but there is always this hesitation, hesitation of not knowing what is the stories behind those bags.
Another thing that makes this collection more and more alluring, is definitely the choice of colours that makes these bags even more versatile and classic.
